TERMS

orders:

Orders are accepted if they have survived through the Internet or by fax. There is no minimum order.

prices

The prices shown, unless otherwise indicated, means including VAT and ex works. Commercial operators are asked to report their tax information. Since the original goods made in Sardinia prices are subject to change.

Returns

The postage and packing, regardless of the size of the delivery and the destination in Italy, are included in the quoted price and sent by courier;
For shipments outside Italy we apply rates for courier visionary at the time of purchase.

Complain

Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be challenged directly in writing to the carrier. Any other claim for goods sold by us must be received in writing, referring to the number and date of the accompanying document, within 10 days of receipt. After this deadline, the claim can no longer be accepted.

guarantees

All products are made in reference to the warranty of the manufacturer Etnomarca Sardinia. This guarantee is limited to the object sold with the express exclusion of any other provision and any compensation or damages for any reason. The photos are of models to which they refer.

Returns

Claims relating to the quantity and quality of the goods must be received within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Returned merchandise for any error or fault found in delivery must first be approved by Etnomarca.
